Delivery & Returns

Delivery

As all items are made by hand, any orders placed during the week will be hand made on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and then dispatched on Monday mornings. From the dispatched day, delivery should take 3-5 working days. 

Phone Cases are shipped externally, so from the date the order is placed, delivery should take 3-5 working days.

Returns

Unfortunately we do not offer returns, as these are custom made to order. However if the item is faulty, returns/refunds will be available. 

Postage will not be refunded under these circumstances.
